Workshops And 1-2-1 Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

  • To confirm a workshop booking you are required to pay in full when you place your order.

  • a non-refundable deposit of £50 is included within the price.

  • Email will be sent to acknowledge your order and confirmation of payment. 

  • After receiving the total payment the booked day is considered as 'sold' therefore it is not available for other customers.

  • By making the payment customer confirms that he/she read, fully understood and agreed to the terms and conditions.

Cancellation of Booking

  • Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to the booked date.

  • For cancellations made within this time you will be refunded the workshop fee, less the deposit.

  • For cancellations made less than 14 days before the workshop commencement date, you will be liable for the full workshop fee.

Workshop Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to cancel any workshop and should this happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible.

  • We will offer you a full refund of your payment (including deposit) for the workshop cancelled by us.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop advertised.

  • If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, ( Health, Weather, fire, etc ) we will contact you to advise you of the workshop changes, and give you the option of accepting or rejecting the change. If you choose to reject, we will offer you a full refund of your payment (including deposit) for the workshop.

Risk

  • We aim to provide safe, informative and enjoyable experience during photography workshops and tuition.

  • All 1-2-1 and workshop clients participate at their own risk.

  • It is recommended that applicants hold their own personal Public Liability Insurance.
